We don't know exactly if the government is financing a fourth member (here, in Romania) because in the official set of rules for the local olympiad it is stated that only the first three competitors go to Manchester, like it happened last year when it was no national olympiad here. The ones from the university which organized the conquest are dealing with the governors, but we, the competitors, even so far have no news. So, I may clarify my question: are they 4 official representants from Romania (last year Japan had a team consisting in only one student, so a team of 3 isn't so surprising)?
