Call for teachers doing UKLO: Linguistics Association of Great Britain (LAGB) Education Session

This year’s Linguistics Association of Great Britain (LAGB) Education Session is entitled “How linguists can help schools”. The session is part of the annual meeting of the LAGB which takes place at Anglia Ruskin University,  Cambridge in 2023. The LAGB Education session will be held between 4-6pm on the 30th August 2023. The aim of the session is to identify how linguists can support practitioners and students through knowledge about language and language analysis skills. You can either contribute a paper or to the discussion. If you want to contribute a 15 minute presentation on one of the topics in the brief, pls submit an abstract adhering to the specifications listed here through the LAGB’s easychair portal by 5PM GMT on 14 April 2023. Participation in the discussion is open to anyone interested without payment of the usual conference fee. Pls register on the LAGB EC registration link. In case of questions contact Eva Duran Eppler.

It would be great if we could have teachers submitting papers who are currently doing UKLO
